With Strava – the app that connects millions of runners and cyclists around the world – we helped research why people run: to produce the largest report of its kind. The interactive site is a resource for the global running community with findings from over 25,000 runners around the world. We developed the strategy and collaborated with a range of researchers, data visualizers, and academic authors to discover patterns in motivation across a mosaic of diverse runners.
