Imprint Projects worked with Volvox Labs, a NY-based interactive studio, to create Substance: A Study of Matter. Inspired by structures in coral polyps and molecular anatomy, the artwork depicted the evolution of abstract particles into organic growths. To realize this piece of new media art, Imprint Projects managed the commission, production, and installation at the Dolby Gallery’s 62 foot LED display and accompanying 52-channel Atmos sound array.
