To celebrate Blue Note Records’ 75th anniversary, Imprint Projects organized “Born In Blue: Remixed and Reissued” at the Sonos Studio. This installation combined a rare jazz vinyl store with an exhibition of Blue Note liner art. Programming included performances by Robert Glasper and Jose James, a record-collecting symposium with KCRW, a live conversation with jazz legend Kenny Burrell, and workshops on jazz improvisation and sampling.
