To celebrate the opening of Sephora's first Brooklyn store, Imprint Projects developed a
360-degree launch campaign to engage the city's influential creative community. Famed Brooklyn artists Mickalene Thomas, Gary Panter, Keegan McHargue, Hisham Bharoocha, and Kim Gordon each created unique artworks inspired by Sephora imagery. These drawings, paintings, and collages were used in print advertising and appeared throughout Brooklyn on billboards, taxis, and
bus shelters. As part of the launch festivities, the public was invited to free in-store workshops led by artists Will Lemon, Katherine Bernhardt
and Hisham Bharoocha.
